  19. There is no audio output when you play an audio CD from CD Player or
  20. Media Player within Windows NT when using a CD-ROM drive connected to
  21. a Media Vision Pro AudioSpectrum 16 sound card.

  23. CAUSE

  26. Use of the audio cable from the audio out port on the back of the
  27. CD-ROM drive to J5 (internal audio CD-ROM connector) on the Pro
  28. AudioSpectrum 16 was not supported with the initial release of Windows
  29. NT.

  31. STATUS
  32. ======

  34. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
  35. Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the latest U.S.
  36. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. For
  37. information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the following word in
  38. the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):

  42. Media Vision has extracted the driver file MVAUDIO.SYS from the Service
  43. Pack and made it available to download from their BBS at (510) 770-0968.
